Christina Goes To Nationals Again !!

Galesburg’s Christina King has been crowned Miss Trans Illinois USA and will soon compete on a national stage in the Mr. & Miss Trans USA National Pageant in Milwaukee, WI, September 21st. Christina, along with others,are paving the way by lifting up, supporting, and making transgender people visible through this exciting competition. Christina is very excited and honored to represent her home. She will compete with positivity, pride, and dedication . Christina King’s life in Galesburg, IL, exemplifies what this pageant stands for which is hard work and community action. These two values will ultimately change lives in the trans community. Christina has been actively upholding these ideals throughout the state of Illinois. Miss King now rises to a new level which deserves our attention and support. Christina’s inspiring voice had led her to become the new Miss Trans Illinois USA and her voice needs to be heard. Christina has always had a passion for helping animals and currently is a full-time, professional pet stylist. She has also been trained as a veterinary technician, pet adoption coordinator, animal rescuer, and has served as an animal control officer for City of Galesburg.
