New Recording in Texas w The Moeller Brothers

Life sometimes gives one opportunities right out of the blue and it's our job to recognize it and act upon it. Or not. This recording is an example of stringing together that which has been given to me as a gift. Opportunities presented themselves and I jumped! That's just me

The first portion of this recording is complete. I went to Austin mid September and recorded for 2 days with my friends Johnny (guitar) and Jason (drums) Moeller and Drew Allain (bass) in a great studio called Alnico. I can't say enough wonderful things about the studio and the gentleman who owns it, Nico. Felt so at home there, efficient, cozy, great vibes and great results!

Next will be the job of recording the vocal tracks, the keyboards (Bruce Bears) and some harmonica (Hash Brown). And then the whole delicious soup will have to be mixed and mastered.

Following that whole recording process will be a cover artwork concept, manufacturing, PR and radio promotions.

It's a lot of work, it's a big job. But it's not my first time doing it so I don't see it as insurmountable. It's a very exciting project and one that I welcome with my entire being! Because this is what artists do... We create art! No matter the odds

After completion, the recording will be released symbolically under Dallas Blues Society Records and dedicated to our friend, the late Chuck Nevitt.

I am preselling the recording in an effort to generate capital so as to complete it.
