I'm blessed to be a blessing, I'm so grateful to be participating on this Christian mission trip to Antigua, Guatemala. I have a passion for missions and if you know me you know I become a weeping mess serving families and children when I go on these trips. I am Thankful for all that God has allowed me to steward, I believe whole heartly in being a cheerful giver and I always see a blessing in return. As the co-founder of this church plant this journey also marks a significant milestone for my church Legacy Movement Church as it embarks on its inaugural global mission. Our dedicated team of five individuals, all from Legacy Movement Church, is stepping into this meaningful adventure, and I genuinely hope you'll consider becoming an essential part of it.

About Us:

Allow me to introduce our team of believers from Legacy Movement Church. Leading us on this journey is our Overseer Hector and Deaconess Maribel Figueroa they are our mission specialist as they have dedicated their time & resources to the mission field. Next is Ariel a faithful, dedicated servant of God, and our Beloved Pastor David Morales that serves as our Pastor. We're just people who have a passion to serve and our hearts are united by a mission to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. This trip is an embodiment of that aspiration.

Our Intent:

This journey holds a profound purpose. It's more than just a journey; it's a mission to share love, hope, and faith with the people of Antigua. The warmth and care that we aim to bring are beyond the physical; they're spiritual and emotional connections that transcend boundaries.

Let me tell you a little bit about where I am going and who is our host. The ministry we are visiting is “This Is Vida,” led by Miguel and Angela Martinez out of Antigua, Guatemala. Their ministry is community-based support that comes alongside the community that they live in with programs that are created with the purpose of providing local families with safe spaces to learn, be creative, and see different sides of who God is. Such as through teaching the English language, Bible studies, and classes in Embroidery, Nutrition, and Cooking. This Is Vida is a local ministry that works tirelessly throughout the days, weeks, and years. This can be overwhelming for small ministries like theirs. So that is why it's important to come alongside them to support them in any way we can. My team and I are equipped to support them through the work we already do here. We want to lead Bible classes, do Home Visits to pray for folks, and most importantly pray for Miguel and Angela leaving them refreshed and rested to continue their work. We both believe in this ministry and love to hear the great testimonies that come out of Antigua Guatemala.
