Becoming Missionary Midwives
Donation protected
It has always been our dream to become missionary midwives, but there were always obstacles to overcome. We wanted to go through school together and it just never seemed to work as the funds were tight, we were still in High school, and so on.
This spring as Jessica graduated we knew that age or needed education was not a factor and decided to step out in faith and look for a school that we could go to.
After much searching we found a correspondence course that couples with approved midwives that we could apprentice under. We were thrilled! All summer as we worked toward our goal it seemed that every time we had some money set aside something else came up requiring the immediate need of the whole amount. It was hard not to get discouraged as we knew that this was the last year this particular course is offered and the obstacles we faced seemed staggering.
Many times as we shared with people about our dream and the deadline we faced they highly encouraged us to start a GoFundMe. So here we are! As we approach our deadline of December 30th we are praying that according to God’s will He will send the needed funds!
We are so thankful for all of your support!
