Missionaries of the Poor - Uganda - Peter's Heart Operation

Story

At the end of this month I will be running 10k to raise £5k to save a little boy's life. Will you help me? This is Peter, he has cerebral palsy and has a faulty heart valve and needs a replacement, which means without this surgery he won’t survive. Peter is a lovely pleasant boy and is an orphan. He is intelligent and clever and is a real joy in his community. Healthcare in Uganda isn’t free and the orphanage already struggle to make basic repairs. Previously I have been funding by busking on the street in Bury and donations from a local company in Merseyside which has now ended. This time we are aiming to raise £10k for Peter’s surgery and the aftercare he will require. Any donation large or small will be so appreciated and directly impact this little boys life.
