Hi, our names are Sam Wiehe and Emma Flick. We are part of a soccer team called Cleveland Ambassadors, which is a Christian-based organization. Since 2018, Ambassadors teams have done a mission trip every year to countries such as Peru, Rwanda, Mexico, and Liberia, where they spread the Gospel and help local communities. Our goal is to share the love of God to different parts of the world and we do this through our love of soccer. Last time Ambassadors went to Peru a lasting impact was made. Kids and young adults in the community often struggle to find safe, healthy, and supportive conditions in which to thrive. Ambassadors is able to bring kids to the church through their desire to play soccer and therefore create a safe environment for them to learn about both soccer and God.

Because the last trip went so well, we have decided to go back to Peru this summer, in June 2024. The trip is 10 days and while we are there, we will have several clinics where the community of young adults and kids from the area can come out to play soccer and where we will share the Gospel. We will also be playing in 3 semipro games to help bring awareness to the club in the area.

By donating, you are helping us with plane tickets, food, housing, and transportation for the trip. Anything over our goal will go towards the club and kids in Peru.
