I am preparing for a mission trip to Honduras with my church, where I will have the opportunity to serve at an orphanage. This trip is especially meaningful to me as I have spent over 20 years serving in children's ministry alongside my wife, and now, that I just celebrated my 70th birthday in retirement, I feel called to continue making a difference in the lives of children, even beyond my local community.

Although I don't speak Spanish, I am eager to see how God will use me during this season and on this journey. My heart is to serve and to be the hands and feet of Jesus, offering love, support, and encouragement to the children and staff at the orphanage. The funds I raise will go directly toward covering my travel costs, making it possible for me to participate in this mission and bring hope to those in need.
