Mission to Mend Meier

A month ago, Bella Meier got into a single-car accident. Bella was on track to attend Adelphi University out of Long Island, New York in the fall as a student and member of the volleyball team.

She’s an adored part of our community - most notably for her contributions to the LaPorte volleyball program, helping lead them to semi-state in the 2023 season. Due to the severity of her injuries in the accident, Bella will be undergoing multiple surgeries over the next few months to help correct the damage done to her lower leg and ankle bones. These surgeries will help Bella to hopefully return to volleyball at Adelphi next year.

Bella’s goal throughout her years as a volleyball player has always been to play at the collegiate level. To help ease some of this stress off of her and her mother Aimee, we are asking for any help that you can give. Any donation would help to pay for these surgeries and would mean so much to the Meier family.
