Mission To Ghana: Passion, Purpose, Life

We here at the Ladies In Waiting Foundation are so proud of our mission trips to Ghana, Africa that bring dignity, hope, and health to young girls and women in underserved communities.

Our primary mission is to help less fortunate young women in Africa by supplying necessities that directly and tangibly improve their lives.

In a past trip, we funded a water tank in memory of our dear departed friend and supporter, Barbara Oaks Silver. This water tank makes water available to these young women when the public water service is unavailable--a common event in their community.

As a nonprofit organization, we entirely rely on grants and individual donors like you. (In recognition of our mission & impact, we have also received small grants from Women International Leaders.)
