We are Mission Rainwater!

A bunch of tradies who took action in January 2020 giving our time, effort, and skils to give the gift of running water to those affected by the 2020 bushfires across Victoria & New South Wales - To date, we have installed over 78 rainwater tanks giving those families running water again, Something we extremely proud of.

A year on from the Black Summer Fires, Yet there are still many people across country Victoria and New South Wales particularly the hardest hit areas such are The Upper Murray and East Gippsland that are living on their burnt-out blocks without access to running water. Many are living in caravans, shipping containers, or sheds and struggling to move forward and deal with the double hit of losing their homes and everything they own and the n many being forgotten about because of COVID19. Many are using bottled water for drinking and catching rainwater with tarps and buckets and have no hot water for showering quite an unbelievable set of circumstances for a great modern country such as Australia.

Rather than worry about who should fix this: we go in and do what we can with what we have, We find the people and provide them with water tanks installed by qualified plumbers for free with all materials paid for by donations, We ensure they can capture water to keep their tanks filled and in some cases, we set up hot water systems and showers for washing. Many of these people are too proud to ask for help but that doesn't stop us from finding and helping as many of these forgotten people as we can. We have the time, the skills, and the effort but our funds are limited and that's where we need your help.

We have some funds as you can see from what we have raised so far but we are still some way from our $50,000 target, We know it's a very tough year for us all but if you can spare what you can towards this great cause we promise you every dollar will go towards helping people throughout our beautiful country get running water again.
