Why Mission on the Mountain?  Unbelievable statics show, youth ages 12 to 19 need an immediate re-route of life.  Our youth homeless pregnant parents, are plagued by abuse and neglect. Join us and STOP homeless pregnant and parenting teen others with infants, from harm and help them become healthy, independent and balanced nurturing principled parents.

Homeless youth (to include intellectually disabled diverse groups) who are living in disparaging situations and have been thrown away to the street life, shelters, gangs, school drop-out, broken or family conflicts, undecided court cases or foster care situations, must establish and learn new behaviors, from new companions or friends. When launched as planned beyond 2022, the hands-on classrooms’ Industry Agricultural Farm life-changing program for youth, will make our local and global community safer, more sufficient, stronger and healthier.

The current need is purchase or be granted a location for Mission on the Mountain. MoM will listen and teach from similar courses offered at technical community college and will assess the student’s ability all while teaching new Biblical and complementary skills. Mission on the Mountain are poised to provide education, workforce development, and health and wellness training, business ownership and cashflow dynamics along with inventory, distribution and logistics.  https://missiononthemountain.com

We will reach as many as our future facility will hold and that will be about 25 resting in three-tier bunk beds. This is why funding is so critical for the purchase of the bed frame and matrices, kitchen cafeteria needs, tables and chairs, the location and land donation and utilities monthly amounts, and then we can keep fundraising to build or establish more housing and demonstration halls, water wells and agricultural wells.

Through the Mission on the Mountain, we will be able to share practical teaching and other life-style skills and assists the desired youth toward business ownership and skill/talents useful career mind-set living.  The teachers are poised to train youth how to market products or services.  This will allow  youth to develop useful talents, skills and intellect on how to make creative products.  In this safe transitional environment, the homeless youth, will also be re-directing energy; we will be offering training they would not otherwise get, because of school drop out and non workforce ready.  Upon completion of the MoM certification they will be marketable and have skills to earn/invest real money for family stability. Transforming the behaviors of the youth attendees from neglect mind-set to ownership and restorative mind-set.

Individually in past on the small scale, with one student we have had much success, yet there is still a great deal of work to do on behalf of the others, youth we would like to start to serve and teach at Mission on the Mountain. We are seeking financial support through donations, and leadership partners, that will enable us to continue our mission of building and transforming generations and local communities one youth at a time.

The desire is that youth will get thirsty for living within reason, safer, stronger, healthier and being taught how to respond to difficult relationships and circumstances. Thriving to master an industry skill, start and maintain their own business and become sufficient to live independently.  We believe each youth seeking emergency transitional shelter, will have success upon completion of Biblical Agricultural “blue print” program of teaching, hands-on, learning by doing from transparent teamwork, this will be a new high they will never forget.

At Mission on the Mountain we listen, and we respond with empathy. We keep families and sponsors aware of our high-quality services and opportunities. The Practical Health Influencer, Mission on the Mountain program, realizes to foster change agents, with educational equity and excellence it takes a diverse coalition of people united around a common purpose, respectful conversation, honest service, uncompromising standards, dignity and respect, with truthful transparency in reporting and holding ourselves accountable to our caring supporters, staff and youth.  The retail bigBox LOWES, states at  https://www.wearegenerationt.com/home, share statistics, that in 2028 there will be 3 million job openings in the skilled trades. We're on a mission to connect people with those opportunities. The organic population that arrive to MoM, will join the ranks of these openings and be skilled in trades upon completion of our 24 month certification.

Mission on the Mountain hands-on natural environment classrooms knows as a result of our efforts to transform marginalized and underserved communities or privileged abused individuals, our doors are opened 24/7, 365 days for pregnant homeless parenting youth to age 24, in strained circumstances who are directly impacted by the educational, social, and economic inequities often re-routing a life is something that must be seen "real-time".

When present minded caring principled adults choose to assist and or redirect willing youth, no matter what the environment, they are snatched away from. We believe, when young people are given the right conditions, they will gain lasting change for a lifetime. Mission on the Mountain.com welcomes our thrown away or disregarded, underserved youth.

We believe in advocacy and education from the Biblical blueprint of resources and opportunities only He will provide to help us help each person reach their full potential, thus creating stronger family units and more restoration to communities locally and globally.
