Once upon a time there was a little girl who gave Jesus her "yes"...and He gave her a heart for the nations. As the years went by, that heart grew, and they went on adventures together all over the world.

Then, "if You say go" turned to "if You say wait"...until she began to wonder where those adventures had gone... Oh, but then...one day, out of the blue she heard "Go!" ...like an echo from a distant dream.

For the first time in 8 years, these feet are going to touch foreign soil again... I'M GOING TO MALAWI THIS SUMMER!!!!!!!!

From July 30 to August 10, I will be going to Malawi with a team from my church, United with Christ . UWC has been involved in Malawi since the 1990's, with approximately 80 sister churches now networked throughout the region.

Earlier this year, massive flooding hit the area, wiping out entire churches, businesses, and homes.

I am excited to be part of this team going to bring encouragement, flood relief funds, and serve in any way I can be a blessing during this time.

We will also be spending time at an orphanage our church supports, and I cannot wait to love on these children - I know they will capture my heart!! <3

The total cost per person is going to be around $2,800, and while this is my personal page, I highly encourage you to sow into any member of this trip as you feel led to do so. Any funds that come in beyond trip expenses will go directly to flood relief efforts in Malawi.
