Our goal for Mission Improvable was $3000. The rest of the money is to go to other events that Nancy Hughes co-organizes.

Usually, I do a fundraiser for Mission Improvable only. This year I am going to fundraise for all of the projects. Please choose what project you would like your donation to go towards. Choose by writing the project in the memo of the check or GoFundMe message.

Projects:

1. Mission Improvable: Contact Improvisation Intensive with Chris Aiken

March 15-March 19

-We provide scholarships, sliding scale and workstudy to make this an event feasible for more people to attend

2. Weekly Online contact improvisation-based classes

3. Elmwood Avenue Festival of the Arts Youth Performance Workshop: A 5-day performance workshop for youth ages 10-16 that cumulates into a performance at EAFA

-The cost is kept low for participants with scholarship options

-We work to pay the artist a fair rate for sharing their expertise with the youth

4. Center Dance Performance: collaborations with local museums, theaters and other artists

5. Contact Improvisation Labs and Workshops: led by me, Nancy Hughes and sometimes in collaboration with other artists

6. Bringing in a Guest Choreographer to set a piece of choreography on local dancers: More details to come.
