Shreveport, Louisiana’s mission to Texas to volunteer with the Guadalupe Flood Tragedy. We are leaving for Texas on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, to help search for the missing children, help families find their loved ones, help get families that have lost transportation while on vacation get home, help provide essentials to volunteers and families in need, and do whatever we can to help.
We have so many things we need help with:

- 2). VOLUNTEERS! We need people to help us as there are just not enough people to help. We have already been to Guadalupe River once, and there are just not enough people to help.
- 3). We need water bottles and non-perishable food items.
- 4). We are looking for a couple of extra trucks to tag along, anyone with motorized rafts or any vehicle that can assist with searching in deep waters (not a large boat).
- 5). Drones, Walkie-Talkies, Cell Phones to help everyone communicate or make our search easier.

ANY AND ALL DONATIONS WILL BE USED TO HELP US GET TO TEXAS, OUR STAY IN TEXAS, SURVIVORS, VOLUNTEERS, FAMILIES IN NEED, AND IF THERE IS ANYTHING LEFT OVER, WE WILL DIVVY IT UP BETWEEN THE FAMILIES OF THE CHILDREN WHOSE LIVES WERE LOST THAT HAVE NOT ASKED FOR DONATIONS.

At least 82 people, including 28 children, have died as floods rushed through central Texas through the July 4 weekend. The total continues to rise as local emergency officials across the state carry out search, rescue, and recovery efforts. There are still several missing, and as of today, there are even more families who have lost homes in the area.
