Hello everyone,
As we approach the festive season, a time of joy, reflection, and togetherness, it is important to remember those who face challenges such as hunger, illness, or difficult living conditions. This year, I am once again raising funds in support of the Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, as a gesture of gratitude for the life and health we often take for granted, and to help spread kindness and awareness throughout the Christmas season.
About Me:
My name is Raimond, I am 30 years old and a hospitality professional. This Christmas, I will be running 31 miles (50 km) over a period of six weeks, starting at the end of October and finishing in early December. My route will take me through some of Birmingham’s most iconic locations, including Cannon Hill Park, Sutton Park, Edgbaston Reservoir, and along the city’s beautiful canals. You might see me running alone—or accompanied by friends and supporters who wish to join me!
All funds raised will go directly towards supporting vital research, access to advanced medical technologies, and enhancing the comfort and happiness of children receiving care at the hospital.
If you wish to contribute, you can make a donation through the link provided. To all my friends and connections, I will be popping in at some point to see you. When you see me, feel free to make a donation, and don't be a stranger!
With gratitude and love,
Raimond
