Mission Discovery Summer Internship

I am so excited about an opportunity to join Mission Discovery as one of their interns in the Summer of 2017. This internship will allow me to serve in International communities (Haiti, and Swaziland), and in the U.S. (Nashville, TN) from June 10 to July 29.
One of the locations I am very excited about serving in is Haiti. Over 400,000 Haitians live in tent cities amid abhorrent conditions. Thousands of Haitians are in desperate need of resources, reinforcement, and God’s love. Mission Discovery works along side with national and international ministries to redevelop safe and thriving communities, fostering to the spiritual and physical void that has been present in Haiti for generations.
I can’t wait to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and share His love story with others who may feel lost and forgotten. I believe that God is active and working in the world right now through all the recent events we’ve seen occur. It is often through brokenness that people seek and find Jesus, and I want to be a part of this inevitable revival!
But in order for this to be possible, I need your support! Here are a couple of ways you can offer to help:
Support through Prayer – Pray our team will mirror God. That we will be good examples of His love! Pray for our safety and health. That our team and the people we meet have open eyes and open hearts. I’m sure this will be an experience I’ll never forget.
Support Financially – In order for me to go as an Intern, I will need to raise $6,000. This price includes airfare, lodging, food, ground transportation, and other expenses. Any amount you may contribute would be a GREATLY appreciated, and entirely used to benefit God's kingdom.
