As humiliating as this is because I’ve always been able to support myself without any help as many people know my body has just been after me for the last year with infections and all kinds of craziness that has been hard to explain, but my last visit showed abnormal results And dangerous levels of anemia so I was told today that they’re gonna have to send me to a hematologist in oncology.
I drained my savings and because of my wonderful landlord, I am able to set up payments to catch that up and I’m trying to only eat every three days just save money on food but something happened and my payments didn’t go through with Georgia Power so now all the sudden, I have a $500 bill there due to my anemia being so bad I haven’t even had the strength to clean my house, which is a disaster. I’m working 12 to 13 hour days doing whatever I can to make money. So I’m embarrassed and humiliated that I even have to do this. But knowing that I’m gonna have to see someone in oncology is not a good sign so I’m trying to catch up and get prepared. I don’t really know what else I can do at this point because I can’t pick up a second job not when I’m working well over 100 hours every pay period being sick. I am embarrassingly asking for help because apparently I’m not doing good at being an adult
