While we do not have an update to offer at this time, we would like to say this.

Brian is blessed with many people who love him.

This GoFundMe has been set up in full knowledge and collaboration of his next of kin, Andy and PJ Serafin as well as The Paolini Family- Margaret, Allison, David, and Eric.

The funds will go directly to aiding us find him.

I am putting this together on behalf of one of my dearest friends, Allison Seitz and her family as they navigate something no family ever expects to face.

August 11th, 2025, was the last time friends and family had contact with her brother Brian.

The family subsequently filed a missing persons report with the Town of Tonawanda Police Department in NY, where Brian resided at the time. That started the investigation into his disappearance.

Over the last 14 weeks, the Town of Tonawanda Police Department and most recently the Pennsylvania State Police have been able to gather information to aid in the search, but unfortunately not enough to find Brian.

Pinging his phone and the use of traffic cameras early on helped to expand the search, which led to finding his vehicle on October 12, 2025. Law enforcement continues to monitor his phone, but it has not been turned on since he went missing.

Law enforcement has also been monitoring his bank account. No money has been withdrawn, nor has a credit card in his name been used.

Since finding his vehicle, the PA State Police have searched the area via helicopter as well as many miles on foot. The area is very remote, and the foliage is still very dense, making it hard to navigate and even harder to see from the sky.

With all that has been done, Brian’s friends and family still find more reasons to hope!

Law enforcement is pursuing the use of dogs in aiding the search. They are also hopeful that once the leaves fall, the visibility of the area to be searched will increase. It has recently been recommended to hire a private investigator now that his vehicle has been located, which gives them a solid starting point.

The family has been blessed to be held together by the prayers and love of their community. Thank you. At this time, they are asking for those who feel called and are able to help financially.

Financial donations will go towards things like:

+ Brian’s vehicle was found in a very remote area in a National Forest in Pennsylvania. While Brian’s car is notoriously known for its electrical issues, the family is faced with a very high tow bill to get it back to the police lot and then to get it back to Buffalo.

+ The family is exploring the use of the services of a private investigator.

+ The family is looking at some high legal costs as Brian was not married, nor did he have a power of attorney on record.

+ Brian’s family currently resides in different states. Any money collected will be used to get the family in one place to further the search as well as support each other during this terrible tragedy.

+ To supplement loss of income and other unexpected expenses that have come from Brian’s disappearance.
