Misset’s Recovery and Healing

Hola community!

 

Misset Parata is a Afro Venezuelan musician, performer and dancer based in Tkaronto. She is our friend, our sister, comrade, a wonderful human , and a gift to our community.

 

Misset will be undergoing a wrist surgery, which was product of a ice fall over 2 years ago from which her recovery has been nearly impossible. After finally getting an MRI she must get surgery in order to feel better and soar the stages of the world.

 

As you know the pandemic has hit everyone quite hard, including Misset, and she needs time to heal. The healing process until everything is back to somewhat normality is 6 months. We want to support her by reaching out yo the broader community to make a donation for her recovery and healing.
