Miss Viddy Vet Bills

Hi, my name is Erin and I'm fundraising for my beloved cat Miss Viddy to pay for her unexpected and ongoing vet bills.

In November I noticed Miss Viddy looked to be having difficulty eating and so I brought her to the vet for a dental & overall check-up. Her teeth ended up being fine but during the check up the vet found a large mass in her stomach. This prompted, bloodwork, multiple ultra sounds & a biopsy to investigate the mass.

Unfortunately the results showed an aggressive form of large cell cancer where her small and large intestine meet. Having just moved across the country and still establishing myself in a new city the vet bills have come a quite a shock.

What is hardest for me in this moment is that I have to reach out and ask for help. I normally feel that I need to go through these moments alone, but I have put that feeling aside to be able to give Miss Viddy the chance to not be in pain. I am asking for the support of my community and the global community at large to help me ease the financial burden during this extremely emotional time. The veterinary costs will be close to $6000 when all is said and done which includes oral chemotherapy 1 time per month as well daily medication. Her pain levels and quality of life have remained stable due to treatment and has made her feel even the slightest bit more like herself.

Miss Viddy has been the biggest blessing and uplifting being through my hardest times. The idea of not doing everything possible for her because of financial restraints breaks my heart daily. If you or someone you know can help me help her, I would be eternally grateful. No amount is too small, and will forever be received in the utmost gratitude from myself and my best friend.
