Hi Everyone,

It's been two weeks since Miss Tiki passed away from brain cancer at barely 5 years old. She was such a wonderfully sweet and loving girl and my heart is shattered. Tiki was taken from me much too soon but I will love her always.

I'm not a fan of asking for help, but the medical costs have left me financially broken too. Many friends have asked how they can help and have suggested this option. Any and all funds raised will go to her veterinary and emergency hospital bills, which included an overnight stay in the ICU, many medications and tests, radiographs, abdominal ultrasound, an MRI with contrast, etc. Unfortunately she had a pre-existing condition and did not qualify for pet insurance. The fund request listed above is the amount of the loan I had to procure in order for her to receive care.

Thank you all so much for your kind words and support during this very difficult time. Seeing how many of you loved Miss Tiki and Tiki Tuesday was overwhelming and wonderful. If you are able to make a donation in Tiki's honor, I will be forever grateful.
