Miss Tennessee HBCU Teen
Donation protected
Hi everyone!
My name is Carline Boston and I am a senior at Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School. Recently, I've been accepted to compete as Miss Tennessee HBCU Teen and I need your help! The Miss HBCU Teen Scholarship Pageant is a platform that empowers black girls interested in attending HBCUs. For those who don't know, HBCU stands for Historically Black Colleges and Universities. For centuries, HBCU's have provided an opportunity for black students to further their education in a prestigious environment around peers that look and sound like them. Coming from a long line of HBCU graduates, I have witnessed firsthand the excellence that comes out of these institutions and I look forward to continuing that tradition.
As a contestant in this pageant, I need to raise $1000 for pageant fees. The other $1500 will be used to pay for personal expenses such as travel, hotel, hair, makeup, dresses, etc. There is no amount too small in helping me achieve this goal. Every donation is more than appreciated.
If you are a business owner, sponsoring me can be a great way to gain exposure through advertisement and can be utilized as a business advertisement tax deduction.
