Hi Everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read this. This is all very new for me but I feel it’s for a worthy cause.

For everyone that knows Peyton- Marie, may know that early this year she was given the news that she has Autism & ADHD. We as a family have queried this over the years but did not have the knowledge to truly understand it. This seems to be so common nowadays and girls are going undiagnosed or wrongly named as just naughty girls.

Peyton-Marie lost all her confidence and struggled to see who she is and how it would be in the future. Teachers didn’t see her struggles and she was lacking in support.

Some of you may know she’s a keen boxer and having a sport has helped her massively but has also thrown mixed emotions into the pot. Being 15 and not understanding what’s ’normal’ or not’.

Anyways I’m rambling, basically a few months ago I signed Peyton-Marie up to Miss Teen Great Britain, in the hope that it would build her confidence and help her mix with other girls and spread awareness.

She smashed her way to the semi finals and then whilst away on our family trip, we received the amazing news that she has been selected to represent Horsham in the Grand finals!!!!

This is the bit I don’t like, we are trying to raise some pennies towards the cost of the final. We are aware times are hard, they are for us all but any little bit that you could possibly spare would be amazing.

The final takes place in October in Blackpool. She will spend the weekend with girls from around the country and have the chance to advocate for young girls all over, that just because things are different for you, doesn't mean you can’t achieve what you set your mind to.
