As one of the premier state pageants in the United States, I am proud to have been selected from hundreds of applicants. I am raising money to help cover the costs of my entry into the pageant, my wardrobe, and expenses during the 2-day event at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium on May 28th & May 29th, 2022.

 

As an avid storyteller and writer, I have a passion for service, the arts, food, and travel. Whether it's dancing tango in Argentina, rooting for the Sox at Fenway, or my most recent endeavor, competing on the pageant stage, I am always willing to take on a new adventure.

 

My passion for building intentional relationships with people from all walks of life, has brought me to almost ten countries, yet no matter how many places I visit, my love for this beautiful, historic, and resilient island always stays with me.

 

Motivated by my hard-working parents, friends, and educators, I’ve been able to accomplish goals I never fathomed I could achieve. After graduating from Wake Forest University , I went from struggling in my freshman Spanish 101 course to becoming a conversational speaker, allowing me to communicate with more members of our community.

You can find me chatting it up with clients as the Project Manager at Shore Creative, a full-service graphic design agency in Newport. And as a self-proclaimed ice cream connoisseur, you can also find me checking out the best ice cream spots across the state.

As I seek to carve out spaces for young Black women like myself and all ambitious women to see themselves represented on a regional and national platform, I am grateful for the opportunity to represent Newport County at the Miss Rhode Island pageant and the chance to compete at the national Miss USA® competition.
