Remember when they were small? Now they want to go to Washington, D.C.

So, our teeny tiny school finally is going to Washington, D.C. !!!! We are all so excited - except for the cost.

My family went to D.C. when I was a teen and it was the very best trip ever.  I later took my husband and he agrees - it is something that must be experienced at least once. We always planned to take our family there - and I still want to - however, now the school is going and Reagan really wants to go with her classmates. Normally we would just pay the fee and away she would fly. Unfortunatally, we are in a financial vice due to our housing issues since the gas leak here in So. Cal.

So............. this is where you come to the rescue. We are looking for donations to help fund her trip. In fact, if we can raise $5,000 both girls (Reagan & Lorien) can go. All of you know that these two are not just sisters, but BFF's 4-ever and our school has been kind enough to say that Miss Lorien can go too if we can raise the funds. We have until February 2018 to come up with the $5,000 so lets get started. I promise we will post pics all along the way.

The trip is 4 nights and 5 days. They will see and do  A LOT - Arlington, The Mall, many Museums, the Capitol, the Lincoln Memorial, many Memorials in fact including the Vietnam and Holocaust Memorial, Georgetown and much more.

I do still want to take them - but that will just have to be another trip because really - this trip - it's all about them.
