Hello all!! My name is Ashley Williams. Like most of you in our area, I am a regular at Butler and Bailey Market on Northshore in Rocky Hill. Our favorite in the checkout aisles is Mary Hanus, who fell and broke her hip while walking her best friend and pupper, Lilly, last night after the storms.

Mary lives by herself and depends on her income to get by. She is in the hospital scheduled for a hip replacement today. That being said, she is going to miss out on her hours at work and I’d love to help her and her peace of mind by raising some money so she can focus on healing rather than going to work on Monday. Many of her regulars can’t wait to see her at work, especially children and grandchildren who talk with her.

Several have offered rides to and from PT, as well as caring for Lilly, which is very kind, but we know she has bills to pay. Please consider donating to Miss Mary and Lilly! If you’ve ever met her… you know this is a worthy cause. Any amount will help.
