Hi everyone - please try your best to keep this a secret - we want to surprise Amber and Ashton with this when they return home.

Some of you have reached out asking how you can support Amber and Ashton as they navigate through this incredibly difficult time with their sweet baby girl, Lainey.

As some of you may know, Lainey recently underwent an unexpected heart surgery on Thursday. They needed to place a shunt as a temporary solution to improve blood flow to her lungs. Since this is only a temporary fix for tetralogy of fallot, Lainey will need a second heart surgery performed at 6 months old, meaning they will all unfortunately have to go through this experience again. She is recovering well, but Amber and Ashton have been at the hospital with her since last Tuesday and have been managing complications throughout Amber’s pregnancy prior to this.

This journey has taken an emotional and financial toll, especially with mounting medical bills and Ashton having exhausted his paid leave.

To help ease their transition back home, we’re planning to re-stock their house with baby essentials and have started a fund for anyone who would like to contribute to that, or just wants to contribute to help them get back on their feet.

Please don’t feel obligated, but if you're looking for a way to help, any support would be deeply appreciated. If you are unable, prayers for a speedy recovery for miss Lainey is more than enough.

We’re also organizing a Meal Train for when they return home, to support them as they readjust to life together. More details on that will be shared soon.
