Miss Bell's Haven for Healing Startup Fund

Hello, Sam here. I wanted to take a moment and tell you our dream.

We seek to provide services and space for alternative wellness and healing programs for humans while incorporating animal rescue. We will promote personal growth and development through non-traditional education and spirituality methods. Our goal is to use animal rescue as an opportunity to save the lives of abandoned pets by pairing them with humans in need of companionship. Animal therapies will also be offered at the location for people who cannot have their pets at home. This will provide humans with a therapeutic connection to animals and nature without the long-term commitment of pet ownership.

Jess has long dreamed of having an animal sanctuary and rescue where I have been guided to help humans. We want to combine these two "good deeds" into a single haven where humans and animals can feel safe and gain the therapeutic benefits of the bonds of nature, and each other.

We are seeking funds to start this adventure.

We will be a registered non-profit and seek to offer alternative mental health services for humans and animal rescue services. The goal is to help. Plain and simple.

There are dozens of projects we are working on to make our property a place we can share with the world. Everything from creating kennel and boarding spaces for animals to creating lodging areas for humans. This initial funding will be for property improvements, including a few tent areas for overnight escapes, converting the garage into the kennel/intake area, and public event restrooms.

I set a modest goal of $10,000 for our initial fundraising attempt. This will help us get some of our plans into reality and show financial institutions that there is an interest in such services.
