Hi! My name is Julien and Im speaking on behalf of my cat, Misha.

Time is of the essence because shes turning 13 years old in March. She has a dental disease which results in tooth resorption that requires surgery and I cannot cover it all with my available resources. I am looking for help to cover what my credit and savings cant, and if possible most of the higher end of the estimate.
