Miscarriage of justice. Legal fees/Mental Health

Shane found himself in a predicament to help an intoxicated female and was sentenced to 40 years in prison w/ 20 years suspended. He was 29 at the time of the 2017 incident and has not strayed from an honest and truthful recollection of events. An attorney has been hired and we need help to pay attorney fees to have sentence reviewed and most importantly to get appropriate mental health treatment for Shane. Our goal is to hopefully get him transferred to a safe mental health facility. His attorney is well known for defending the underdog.
