Mirza Halilovic

It is with a heavy & broken heart I share with all Mirza’s final moments. 

As many already knew, Mirza fought an incredulous-battle against cancer for a little over 2 years. 

Mirza was like a cat; he had 9 lives. Every time he came close to death he fought as the  chances were against him and he triumphed. 

However, in these last turn of events with further health deterioration it gave the Cancer room it needed to completely spread. 

His wishes were to pass away at home with family. In his last moments he reminisced through memories as he named those he loved while in his mother’s arms he took his last breath …. he smiled and he passed away.

Mirza is of Islamic / Christian faith; his wishes were to be buried in the Islamic tradition. Many have already reached out and offered to help with the expenses and so with his parents permission, I’ve set this up as a collective form to allow all those to contribute to Mirza’s burial-wishes. 

May God repay you in 10 folds for your gifts.
