Our family needs your support urgently. My brother-in-law survived a terrible event, only to become the victim of an unthinkable crime while fighting for his life. The resulting medical debt, legal expenses, and daily costs for a family of four are overwhelming. With mounting collection notices and the risk of losing their home, our family is facing an incredible burden. Please visit the Rouge Valley Times article to read the full story and consider contributing to our GoFundMe campaign.
Please. Help.

On Friday night my brother-in-law and nephew were in a roll-over accident due to mechanical failure with the truck. They rolled 600 feet down a mountain side and were only stopped in their fall when the crushed remains of the truck hit a tree. Miraculously, they have both survived. We are deeply grateful. My nephew was ejected from the truck as it rolled. He is at home and is recovering well. However, Bronson Pickett is still in ICU with several serious injuries. He is also battling pneumonia and infection. We are encouraged that he is conscious and can communicate with us. He is a fighter and he is determined to heal and return to his family, but he has a long and painful recovery ahead. He is still in need of the constant attention provided by the intensive care unit. There is no plan yet to release him to a less critical unit. Each day is an emotional rollercoaster between progress and setbacks. The Picketts are a strong and independent family, but this emergency is overwhelming. On their behalf, I am reaching out to all of you and appeal to your kindness and compassion. Bronson and Lucinda have touched many lives. I know that you care for the Pickett family and have asked how you can be of help. Any contribution you can make to help cover the mounting hospital expenses will be a blessing. I thank you in advance for your help.
