We were devastated to hear the news of the passing of our wonderful player, Miriam Wade. She and her siblings died in a very tragic accident in the James River on Friday, August 4, 2023. Her sister was 10 and her brother 19.

Miriam was an absolute pleasure to coach and be around. She had an infectious smile and never said one single negative word. We are heartbroken!

We are raising funds to help her family with funeral expenses.
