Miranda Rivera-Barrios Memorial Fund

On Thursday August 19th 2021 a young single mother, sister, daughter and friend, Miranda Rivera-Barrios (20), died unexpectedly and tragically in a car crash.

 

Her daughter, Cleopatra (1) will never get to experience waking up to her smile, have the opportunity to have her mom proudly sit at her graduation or have her by her side as she walks down the aisle some day. It is with heavy hearts that we will share our memories of Miranda as Cleo grows older. We will tell her stories of all the good times, show her videos where you can hear Miranda’s laughter and remind her often that her mother loves her with all of her heart.

Everyone that had the privilege to cross paths with Miranda is carrying inexplainable sadness since the news. For her soul was too young to leave this world so soon.

I guess the saying ‘only the good die young’ is unfortunately true.

This unexpected and tragic event is not something that any of us were prepared for so we are at this time asking for any help you can provide for Miranda’s memorial and daughter in this time of absolute horror and pain.
