Hey everybody. This is Holli, one of Miranda’s close friends. I will tell you that we didn’t think back on January 1st we would be here setting up a Caringbridge page and Go Fund Me account. It was just supposed to be some bad vertigo…except…it wasn’t.

It is confirmed a Stage 3 Astrocytoma. There is still more pathology pending, and our hopes are that with those results, she may be able to use Chemo as a second weapon in this fight. First and foremost is radiation. This is an inoperable tumor. The goal of radiation is to stop the growth of the Astrocytoma. She and Aaron have a long, hard road ahead of them. They need our help

While she has had an amazing medical team behind her, being a nurse on the other side of the table is not where she likes to be.

Miranda has not worked since this started, and won’t be able to safely care for her beloved Labor and Delivery patients until she takes care of herself.

This page is set up to help with Medical bills that are not covered by insurance, gas money as they travel back and forth to Mayo, lost wages of Miranda not being able to work, and just day to day expenses for their beautiful little family!
