Anyone who knows Tara Thompson, knows what an amazing wife, mother and friend she is. A beautiful and selfless presence in her community and church.
She has spent so much of her time giving to others and we, her family want to show Tara the same appreciation of Gods work to her and her family.
In August of 2016 Tara was diagnosed with colon cancer. After completing intravenous chemo therapy in February the family anxiously awaited results of the newest CT scan and blood work.  On March 28th the news came that her blood work shows a steady increase and the scan now shows a spot on her liver as well as one of her lungs.
Devastated as you can only imagine, Tara and her family has decided to change course with their treatment plan just a bit, to add in a few natural remedies. First to strengthen her body with a no sugar meal plan, fresh fruit and vegetable juicing as well as a CBD Oil treatment to counteract the cancer. Some may not agree with this course of treatment but if you can only imagine losing your loved one to such a disease , I think you would agree there wouldn't be anything you would not try.
The more unfortunate news is; Tara and her families medical insurance is thru her employer. Tara is due to return to work in a matter of weeks in order for her family and herself to keep their medical insurance active.  Otherwise, as it stands every dime of their monthly income will go to an astonishing high Cobra payment and giving the current circumstances they will not be able to do so.
We ask for love and prayers for this beautiful child of God and we ask for the communites help in bake sales, fundraisers and small donations to give back to a woman who has shown us all what 'selfless' truly means.
