Miracle to Save Our house due to Hardships

It is with very Mixed Emotions and Swallowing my Pride to have to do this Please except my apology. I have tried to be a Good Husband, Father & Friend  but I'm at my wits end.  Here is my Story, my wife and I will be married 43 years on April 10th but not without Our Share of ups & downs with Health issues. In 1987 my wife had to go for (1st) Aortic Valve Replacement, it was a long road but she recovered greatly.  Then in 1996 she had to undergo her (2nd) Aortic Valve Replacement because 1 chamber in the valve Calcified and was blocked, we were given  only a 20% chance of survival that she wouldn't be in a Vegetable State Thankfully  she survived.  I also suffered a Back injury  in 1996 (herniated disk L 4-5)  but continued to work many other jobs for the next 10 years. During  the next couple years we had minor issues but handled it all. NOW we move to Our  Current  Major Problem. Back in 2006 we bought the house that we currently live in. then around  late 2006  I Had a wound, and infection in my foot  because of  Diabetes, and was out of work for a year. But because I never served in the Military so the Government job that I had since 2003 could not find a position for me to stay. So after 3 years (aprox. 07) there they give me a small  Disabilty Retirement Package. Shortly after in 2007  Around that time I  also filed for and recieved my Pension from my 10 years with the Teamsters. I recieved this money because of Disability, and it was suppose to be all non-taxable. When I recieved this Money We paid Our House Off and also Medical Bills and Visiting Nurses that came to take and assit in wound care for several months. Now's  when the problems started we were dealing with Susquehanna Bank, and one of their investment personel recommended a Local man that was just starting as a  CPA that was suppose to be very good and looking for business.  This was a major mistake on my part. We had him do Our Taxes which cost us a Couple of Hundred Dollars, he never claimed our paying off the House, or the Medical Expenses, and said that the Disability was Taxable, and mailed it in for us. The following year I then went to H&R Block in Sunbury they looked at his work  from the previous year and said it was correct, they also never looked at all the info on buying the house , medical or 1090 forms. In Addition to the cost of the tax work the CPA did I was required to also pay aprox $25,000.to the IRS. The following year because of more medical bills and money lost in investments. We paid aprox $11,000.00 more to the IRS. This is Why we needed to take a Home Equity Loan out to help pay these additional taxes, and medical bills. The problem was the only loan that was offered was an interest only, what a mistake that was payments started out low, with a 4.25% interestl.  Then sometime later (aprox. 2015) BB&T bought out Susquehanna Bank, and slowly  raised those payment and the current  interest rates of  6.99%.  In 2014 I had some major Health Problems went through Quadruple bypass,  2015 suffered Total Kidney Shutdown, late 2016 came down with Sepsis and lucky to be alive, ended up in a Nursing home for a few weeks with IV Antibiotics and wound care then finally came home to continue IV Antibiotics and Wound Care, plus more surgeries on my feet.  Knock wood so far healther since early 2018.  The problem I have now is due to  several Hard Inquiries  checks on my Credit,my Debt to Income Ratio my Credit Score is not the best even though our bills get paid on time or within a few days.  However the Ballon payment  on Our House became due on 3/3/19.  We talked with the  BB&T Bank and they now want the full balance  before May or ASAP. However they  did mentioned a Filo Loan  But have since turned us down again. because of Our Debt to Income Ratio . Again I Apologize to have to ask for help  but were at our wits end, and on our last effort for help. Looking for a Miracle.   Any Donations will be GREATLY  APPRECIATED.
