The Moore family is left with a heavy heart. Just one month after losing their grandmother, they are now faced with the heartbreaking reality of losing their mother, Aleshia Moore, 44, a single mom who fought a lifelong battle with her heart that ended on January 27, 2025.

She leaves behind 10 children and 2 grandchildren whom she loved and adored: the youngest 5 minors: Ka’nria 6, Charlotte 7, Little Josiah 11, Big Josiah 15, Imperial 18, Twins: Terrence & Trinity just turned 20, Leona 21, Lay 23, & Lala 26. Granddaughter Amazing 1 & Grandson Greyson 1.

The emotional care of the family now falls on the older siblings. Lala, 26, has Amazing, 1; Lay, 23; and Leona, 21, has Greyson, 1. They will now have the responsibility of caring for their younger siblings along with their own child. This is a very difficult time, and I hope that we all can help lighten the load that is placed upon her family.

Aleshia was a supportive and loving mother. She was always there to teach, coach, and cheer for her children during any activities, sporting events, extracurricular activities, or business ventures in which all her children are engaged. Her talented, honorable, outgoing, vibrant, and intelligent children now have an extraordinary void in their lives, losing both their mother and grandmother 30 days apart.

They now have a burden of grief and a great need in their lives to give their mother a proper home-going service. As Aleshia dedicated her life to helping family, friends, and her community, we now turn to our family, friends, and community for assistance with her farewell ceremony.

Contributions will go towards her home-going services and assisting her children with future expenses. Funds will be used to pay for their rent, food, clothing, and everyday academic and extracurricular expenses so that they don't undergo further life disruption. Your financial support can help ease the financial burden while the family strives to make the adjustments to the loss of their mother and sole provider. This will give some time for the children to recover and grieve without the stress or fear of financial hardships.

Thank you for contributing to the well-being of Aleshia’s children and grandchildren as they adjust to the loss of their mother.
