I'm Mira, as im sure most you reading this know I travel for work 8 months out of the year, and for those 8 months my trailer was where I called home. The freedom it gave me, the places it gave me a safe place to call home in, the times spent with friends inside it will always mean the world to me for as much grief as it gave me in return. I'm sure many of you reading this are fellow rennies and understand what I mean.

Now that home has been taken from me by ice, an act of nature out of anyone's control. As i limped home the last 4 hours to Christmas, a couple miles up the road i saw another longer camper was also upside down, another family picking through the wreckage with a Uhaul now hooked up to their truck, ready to likewise limp home with what was left of their possessions. A few hundred feet after that, a tiny little cargo trailer also resigned to this icey elephant graveyard of sorts slowly forming on the side of the highway, under the watchful eyes of cows.

Now I need a new home. A new place to keep me and my cats safe and dry while I live the only life that's ever brought me close to peace and happiness, and try my best to get closer.

Anything you can do to help out in making that happen as quickly as possible would mean the world to me.

I'm still working with insurance, so I'm not sure what's happening on that front yet, as I get a clearer picture of what the outcome on that front will be and as I am able to save more myself you may see the goal for this change.

I am aiming to be able to buy a new trailer by late in the AZRF season.
