Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. Our team receives no funding from the university. We rely completely on our fundraisers, member dues, donations, and sponsorships.
How will my money be spent? The team currently owns and cares for 12 horses. In addition to various club and tournament fees, caring for our horses is our largest expense. This includes board, vet bills, farrier, and feed. Monetary donations will help us keep our ponies healthy! Donations will also go to blankets, saddles, bridles, and other equipment that will keep us and our horses safe. 92% of your donation will go directly toward our cause as GoFundMe will deduct a 5% fee from each donation that we receive as well as a 3% processing fee.
Can my business sponsor the team? If you or your business would like to be recognized as an official sponsor of the club, the following options are available:
PLATINUM: A donation of $1000 or more.
GOLD: A donation of $500 or more.
SILVER: A donation of $100 or more.
BRONZE: A donation of $1 or more.
PONY SPONSORS: A donation of $2000 will sponsor a pony's feed and board for one semester. Sponsors will receive Michigan Polo apparel, a brass nameplate with the sponsor's name or logo attached to the pony's stall door, and a framed photo of the pony of their choice.
JERSEY SPONSORS: A donation of $400 will sponsor one set of four jerseys. Jersey sponsors will have their name or logo embroidered onto the sleeve and will receive an additional jersey for themselves.
