Hello there! We are Missingvoices (REER), a (international / Senegalese-German) collaborative network which is dedicated to defending the rights of migrants, with a particular focus on the stories of deported and missing individuals.

At the moment we are facing a severe crisis & therefore asking for your help.

Five unaccompanied minors and several adults were recently deported by the murderous regime of the EU to Senegal.

These children spent most of their lives in the EU. When they landed in Senegal, there was no support waiting—only detention together with the adults. The people’s phones were stolen which makes it very difficult to contact any family members.

We’ve done everything we can to free the minors quickly from the prison, but our funds are gone. Adults remain detained because we can’t pay for lawyers. In addition, one minor boy is now in the hospital with severe food poisoning. Hospital bills are growing by the day and we don’t know how to pay them.

If you can give today, your support will immediately cover urgent medical care for the hospitalized minor, and legal representation to secure releases from detention.
