Hi, we're Mini Shock Los Angeles!
We are one of the youth programs of Culture Shock Los Angeles consisting of dancers ages 7 and under.
Culture Shock Los Angeles is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that uses urban dance forms to engage traditionally underserved populations in the arts, and to present these forms with the same dedication and artistry given to classical dance styles. We promote the positive attributes of the Hip-Hop culture by teaching self-worth, dignity and respect through training in the visual and performing arts.We provide a positive and safe environment for a creative outlet for self expression, mentorship and Hip Hop dance training.
We have been invited to perform at the Youth Dance Showcase in Washington, D.C. this March. In order for us to participate, we need to raise $5,600 to cover the minimum travel and lodging expenses for all of our dancers.
We are asking for your support to help us get to Washington, D.C.! All donations- small or large- are greatly appreciated. Because we are a registered non-profit, any donations are also tax deductible (TAX ID #: 23-7373745).
