I’m just your average girl with BIG dreams.

I am a working wife/mom who craves relationships.

If I’m not with my family you will find me behind my chair as a hair stylist. Over the years, getting to know the females that sit in my chair I

have seen how they crave relationships as well.

I felt led to create a space for women to be REAL and Authentic!

I believe as women, we often feel alone,

as if the path were on is lonely.

WE don’t realize we are all struggling, we are all trying to figure life out. We are living life in this over filtered culture

and we don’t take time to really see TRUTH!

I opened Roots Hair Salon 10 years ago.

I have hosted events for Babes in our community.

I saw a need for a space for women to connect.

In 2018 one of my friends and I decided to put ourselves out there via social media-

we decided to create an event for Babes of all ages and all walks of life.

I am so thrilled for another year to

celebrate, inspire, uplift and come together

with all the BABES in our community.

 

Its been such an amazing thing to watch happen in our community. All the women come together under one roof! All diff ages, walks of life and beliefs!

 

BUT THIS YEAR IS DIFFERENT....

 

This is the 4th year hosting SHE ( for 20+ females) , and I have felt it on my heart to do a MINIshe (ages 9-14)  @she.is.loz (Facebook) @s_h_e_is_ (instagram)  our little girls in our community need to know they are loved and one of a kind. I have a 10 year old and see the impact in our culture.. they are already struggling with depression, anxiety, comparison, and all the insecurities that start so soon. They lack even the knowledge of how to create healthy friendships.

 

This age seems to be missed so often. Culture makes such an impact on these girls. Good and Bad, but sadly we see the effect of the negative impact. There isn't a community event that is focused for this younger generation. Girls need to know they are LOVED, they are SEEN and made for a PURPOSE on PURPOSE. I believe this event will impact their souls. They will leave differently than how they walked in. They are precious and beautiful and they need to know that! I know that we can all make a difference in each of these girls lives.

 

We all know a girl 9-14 years old. We all know there are girls in our community that come from broken homes, struggling, feel lost or struggling. That girl needs this NIGHT, that girl needs to feel SEEN, needs to feel LOVED, needs ENCOURAGEMENT, needs INSPIRATION, and needs to know SHE MATTERS!

 

I am asking you help! I believe we can raise this money to create this event and allow each girl to walk in for FREE! I want every girl to be able to make it this night!
