Indoor Skatepark Upgrades

Hi my name is Kyle Mesteth I'm the CEO/Founder of Ground Control and we are raising money to upgrade our indoor facility for the Lakota Skateboarders in Pine Ridge South Dakota. Skateboarders need to skate everyday, and missing a week of skateboarding can be devastating towards their progression. The weather here in south Dakota can put a halt to skateboarding for months on end. The outdoor skatepark here has created a safe space for Lakotas young and old to express themselves in a positive way and its also a good way to stay physically active. Skateboarding has had a huge social impact here on the Pine Ridge reservation. An indoor ramp will keep these skaters skating during the winter months and will help them continue to excel at their sport.
