Blessings everyone!
Our dearest sister, Mini May Samson Lachica, developed blood dyscrasia on Christmas of 2022 as a result of recurring episodes of fever and loose stools. She has continuous blood transfusions, albumin replacements and other ongoing medications.
She is the loving wife of a call center employee, Mark, and the mother of four adorable kids - Shantelle (12 yo), Chad (9 yo), Gab (5 yo) and Sofia (3 yo). She is a staff nurse at The Medical City, Iloilo City, Philippines. She is one dedicated, kind, supportive, and committed nurse who gives her all when caring for her patients. She has worked at this hospital for more than a year, and it is where she is getting treatment at the moment.
On January 21, 2023, she was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) as a result of her marrow biopsy. She underwent AML fish testing. She was advised to start chemo if her body is clear from sores, hematoma and strong enough.
She has been unable to work since her admission on January 5, 2023, and given her financial status at the moment, she is unable to pay for her daily expenses, medications and ongoing treatments.
Today, we are appealing to your hearts to donate and support our dearest sister and patient partner as she seeks treatment and makes a full recovery. Please help us save her life. Your donations will help our family support her hospital bills and treatments. You will help us make a way for her to be reunited with her young kids.
Sis Mini May, get well soon! Keep the faith! God will heal you. #helpMMbeatcancer
