Myself, Louise and Rachael and doing the VHI mini marathon in aid of the Irish Lung Fibrosis Association.

My husband Don was diagnosed last year with Pulmonary Fibrosis, a condition in which the lungs become scarred or damaged over time. The ILFA work to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families living with lung fibrosis and have been incredibly supportive to Don as he navigates the daily impact and challenges of this illness.
