Daughter of Single Mother kidnapped

I have never done this before,and not sure if i should or should not do this but my older sister is running out of options...
     As you all may have seen on the news October 17th my 2 year old niece and my sister's vehicle were taken from her home with out her permission...Thank god my niece is doing well and she really dose not understand what happened.   My older nieces and nephews are pretty shook up and now my sister is now out of a vehicle because it was totaled when the police stopped him. 
     She no longer has transportation to get her kids to and from school and doctor appointments.  Luckily family has been able to help but without some outside support I don't know what she will do.  I am hoping if i set this up for her she will get the help she needs  to get another vehicle big enough for her and her kids.  Thank you for your time, support and kindness.   God Bless.
