This is a picture of my sister Mindy Srebnik's apartment where she has lived for the past 30 years . Her life changed dramatically on March 15th.  As you can see she lost everything. Insurance is there for some relief but it is never enough. She is looking into temporary residence which is going to cost about $3000 a month which insurance will only cover a portion of it. She is not comfortable asking for help herself, so I am reaching out to all our friends, family and just caring people to try and help with anything you feel comfortable with. You see these gofundme stoiries all the time and you never think that you would ever have to do one. Well reality hits hard and this is what we have friends and family for. There are a lot of people that lost their belongings in this deadly fire that are in more need than my sister, but that doesn't discount the financial burden to go with the emotional stress any bit.
I am asking anyone that can help my sister out with as little or as much as you can, to please do that. My sister has always been there for evryone that ever needed her. It is now our chance to give back.
