Manage Stress - First Responders

Have you watched the news lately?

Fires are all around. Our First Responders have been facing life threatening situations and see some pretty horrendous conditions.  Due to this, many of them are left with sleepless nights and PTSD.  Research shows due to the impact of their jobs, many First Responders end up in divorce, suicide and other painful outcomes for their families to bare. We want to help them, as soon as they are able to attend to their emotional well-being.

Research shows Mindfulness to be an effective and empowering solution. Mindfulness is a tool to become more aware, compassionate and resilient; scientifically proven to relive stress and anxiety.

Our Mindfulness teachers are highly qualified, certified by UCLA and standing by to serve these Fire-Fighters, Law Enforcement and Emergency Room staff.  We need your help so we can help as many of them as we can. Please contribute as you can.
