Mimi's Hope: Surgery After Seizures

My name is Mimi, and I'm just trying to get enough funds for my shoulder and teeth surgery. I'm an epileptic, and no one will hire me without a pretty smile. As much as I would like to continue working, I have been unable to sustain a job since my weekly seizures cause my shoulder to continue dislocation. After the 20th dislocation I was told I need surgery. I haven't been able to get my front teeth to be fixed after they came out from one of my seizures.
